MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 6, 2018 – Fullen Dock and Warehouse, a full-service river terminal located at mile marker 740 of the Mississippi River, announced that it has been acquired by Enstructure LLC, a terminals and logistics infrastructure company based in Boston.

Founded in 1979, Fullen Dock will continue to operate under the leadership of Marvin Frick as president and under the name Fullen Dock and Warehouse LLC. The company has three floating docks providing continuous service during high and low river conditions; 450,000 sq. ft of warehouse storage; 750,000 sq. ft. of paved outside storage; 700 acres of property within six miles of Downtown Memphis; more than 100,000 tons of limestone aggregate inventory; a fleet of 50 trucks and 100trailers; direct connection to the Canadian National (CN) Railway; river fleeting and tug services; and an extensive list of mobile equipment, transloading conveyors, material handlers and 100-ton capacity cable crane.
